Engineered for durability, the spray gun nozzle is fashioned from robust 304 stainless steel, ensuring unparalleled resistance to corrosion and wear. It is complemented by a patented compound needle (patent number CN107081232A), tailored to excel with specialized coatings. Perfect for ceramic coatings with superior abrasion resistance, PTFE coatings, high-solid-content water-based coatings, and unique coatings embedded with sand, and more.
The air cap, meticulously crafted from eco-friendly copper alloy through five-axis CNC machining, guarantees flawless atomization. Each cap undergoes rigorous professional testing and test spraying, effectively minimizing defects caused by poor atomization during production.
Versatility in installation is key; the spray gun body is designed with a Φ16mm mounting hole, adaptable for use with general mounting brackets or seamlessly compatible with CNISOO's bespoke professional mounting bracket.
Introducing the DD-5, a pinnacle of paint efficiency in the spray gun series, leveraging state-of-the-art PP atomization technology. It ingeniously combines the strengths of traditional and HVLP spray guns. With an atomizing cap air pressure of approximately 1.2-1.3 bar, it achieves a remarkable paint transfer efficiency exceeding 65%, yet maintains lower air consumption than conventional spray guns (295 liters per minute, intake pressure 2.5 bar). It offers an operational experience akin to traditional spraying. Featuring a 16 mm installation hole, it effortlessly replaces the original gun without additional adjustments.
