Featuring a 304 stainless steel nozzle, this spray gun excels in resistance to both corrosion and abrasion. It is ingeniously equipped with a patented compound needle (CN107081232A), tailored for exceptional coatings, including high-abrasion ceramic coatings, PTFE coatings, high-solid-content water-based coatings, and specialty coatings with sand.
The air cap, meticulously crafted from eco-friendly copper alloy through advanced five-axis CNC machining, undergoes rigorous testing to ensure flawless atomization. This meticulous attention to detail minimizes production defects, elevating spray quality and efficiency.
Adaptable by design, the spray gun body includes a Φ16mm mounting hole, compatible with general scene brackets or our custom professional mounting bracket, ensuring versatile installation options.
Introducing the DD-5, an exemplar of paint efficiency, harnessing cutting-edge PP atomization technology. By merging traditional and HVLP spray gun benefits, it achieves superior paint transfer efficiency over 65%, while maintaining low air consumption at 295 liters per minute and an intake pressure of 2.5 bar. Its operation closely mirrors traditional spraying, featuring a 16mm installation hole for easy replacement with no additional tools required.
