The gun body is made of ADC12 alloy. It is hot-formed by a 500T Nissan die-casting machine using a special mold. The air inlet interface adopts the design method of in-line hose, which reduces the customer's installation time and maintenance time. The spray gun nozzle is made of 304 stainless steel, which is resistant to corrosion and abrasion. Such as: ceramic coatings with high abrasion performance, PTFE coatings, water-based coatings with high solid content, special coatings containing sand and so on.
The air cap is made of environmentally friendly copper alloy after five-axis CNC machining. Each atomizing cap has undergone professional testing and test spraying to prevent poor atomization during spraying, thereby reducing the defective rate caused by spray gun spraying in production.
According to different installation methods, the spray gun body is designed with a Φ16mm mounting hole to fit the mounting bracket for general scenes, or it can be used with our company's professional mounting bracket.
