The gun body is expertly crafted from ADC12 alloy, meticulously hot-formed by a 500T Nissan die-casting machine using a bespoke mold. The air inlet interface employs a streamlined in-line hose design, significantly minimizing installation and maintenance time for our customers. For unparalleled compatibility, pair it with our company's specialized paint connector, model ACC. Seamlessly swap spray guns in a mere 5 seconds, revolutionizing efficiency.
The nozzle of our spray gun, constructed from premium 304 stainless steel, exhibits exceptional resistance to corrosion and wear. It features an innovative compound needle, patented under CN107081232A, engineered to excel with unique performance coatings. Ideal for applications such as high-abrasion ceramic coatings, PTFE coatings, high-solids water-based coatings, and specialized coatings with sand.
Crafted from eco-friendly copper alloy via precision five-axis CNC machining, the air cap undergoes rigorous professional testing and test spraying. This ensures flawless atomization, thus reducing defective rates in production due to subpar spray gun performance.
Our spray gun body features a versatile Φ16mm mounting hole, designed to adapt seamlessly to various installation methods. It easily fits a standard mounting bracket for general applications or can be paired with our bespoke company mounting bracket for a tailored fit.
The DD-5 is part of our Paint Efficient Series, showcasing cutting-edge PP atomization technology. It masterfully integrates the benefits of both traditional and HVLP spray guns, with an atomizing cap air pressure of approximately 1.2-1.3 bar. Offering over 65% paint transfer efficiency and lower air consumption than traditional spray guns (295 liters per minute, intake pressure 2.5 bar), it delivers an operation akin to conventional spraying. The 16 mm installation hole ensures direct, seamless replacement of original guns, complemented by an independent paint circuit to prevent paint buildup and ensure thorough cleaning. Detailed Photos
