Automatic Liquid Supply System Operation Manual
Application
Mainly used for Plastic coating: Auto parts, cell phone, household electrical appliance and so on.
Vehicle painting: Cars ,Trucks, rail vehicles.
Metal coating: Construction machinery, machine tools, steel furniture,
electrical cabinets, etc.
Woodworking painting: Furniture, musical instruments, etc.
Liquid spraying: Adhesives, release agents, lubricants, etc.
Liquid delivery: Paint, thinners, etc.
Equipments of Lifting System( Please see pictures above)
1. Automatic Lifting Rack
Universal spraying equipment mounting platform for installation pumps, mixers, filters, etc. expired. Using bearing screw structure, and with a manual button switch, adjustable lifting height, smooth movements.
2. For containing and supply liquid. It has an observation window in the paint tank's cover for viewing the mixing
and transmission dynamics.
3. Automatic Paint Mixer
Mix the liquid in the bucket.
4. Sucker
It is in the tank for absorbing liquid to pump.
5. Pump
Pump selected according to operation request and pump's parameter. The under entrance is liquid inlet, upper one is for liquid outlet.
6. Air Hose
One hose for supplying air pressure to mixer, and one hose for pump air pressure.
7. Liquid Hose
One liquid hose connected with paint pressure valve's joint for transporting pure liquid to spray gun,
8. Cushion Cup of Pump
Over the pump, it is used for cushion the liquid in the pump.
9. Paint Filter
Connected near the pump, it can filter the pure liquid from the impurities by its stainless steel strainer.
10. Cushion Cup of Paint Filter.
Same function as the pump cushion cup.
11. Fluid Regulator Valve and Pressure Gauge
It is connected to the paint filter's joint to regulate the pressure of liquid. And, the liquid pressure gauge shows the pressure scale.
12. Liquid Connector
Connect liquid hose to spray gun.
13. Liquid Returning Set
Function: 1. Use it when liquid returning requested.2, Use it when you clean the pump.
14. Pressure Adjusting Knob and Pressure Gage of Pump
They are the left knob and gage on the lifting rack, Pump's air pressure adjusted and shown by them.
15. Pressure Adjusting Knob and Gage of Mixer
The right knob and gage, adjust and shown the air pressure of mixer.
16. Lifting Adjusting Knob
Near the pump pressure knob, it controls the rack's lifting.
17. Ball Valve
Used for open and turn off air and liquid. For this lifting system, the agitator pressure access port, pumped liquid outlet, paint filter output, paint bucket cover each equipped with an oil return components.
Operation Principle of Automatic Liquid Supply System
All the supply equipments are equipped to the auto lifting rack, liquid was transported from paint tank to pump, and then supplied to the spray gun after filtered by the paint filter.
Running Steps
Liquid in the paint tank-mix-transported by sucker-pump-cushion-filter-pressure stabilization-liquid transportation-(liquid return to the paint tank)
